Vintage Silver Cloud pastry flour print

15.00

These Silver Cloud pastry flour prints were made during a residency with Aimee Joyaux at Cornmeal Press in Petersburg, VA in 2016. The stamp came from a collection of old linoleum, rubber and metal plates used for printing feed bags by the Morgan Bros. Bag Company out of Richmond, VA. Aimee rescued the stamps from being discarded after the company went out of business and has restored them in her Petersburg print studio. For the journal of my residency at Cornmeal Press, check out the Tumblr specifically for my printmaking at Skudit Press.

Printed on an etching press by hand. (So it has that lovely letterpress indention)

Printed on the back of reused letterpress misprints.
