Shipping Details and Policies:
I try as best I can to get orders out in a timely manner, but be patient as I work often off grid, and often do it myself. You will get a notification when the order has shipped. I try to get orders shipped out within a week of ordering but sometimes it take a few weeks. If you want me to request that you sign for your package, make a note in your order or email me to let me know. If you’re area is prone to having packages stolen, PLEASE let me know and I will make it so that you are required to sign for your package or pick it up at the post office. If your order is higher in value, I may choose a must sign option for shipping.
I currently use the USPS to ship, and they charge by location and weight for packages that are not flat rate. I try to re-use shipping packaging when I can so expect some up-cycled vibes sometimes. Shipping is not cheap for me with my small business size, and I appreciate you understanding the necessity of appropriate shipping costs.
You’ll be charged a base rate and then per item. This is how I have to do it for now. Sometimes your shipping cost will be a little bit less than what it costs me, sometimes a little more.
Occasionally I use UPS for sheepskins if I am in a location where it is a better option to ship.
I may refund you some of your shipping fee if the actual cost of shipping ends up being extremely less.

Currently, I do not ship internationally. (It’s been too much of a headache in the past, and is about twice as expensive to send out)
Some labels may appear slightly different when receiving in person as some products have had upgraded sizes or designs.
I currently cannot refund or take returns for crafts, like sheepskins, jewelry, leather wallets, bags, etc.
Some items pictured actually come ‘bigger’ than they appear as I have upped many sizes to 2 oz, but have not updated all photos. Sizes are listed for each order.
Local pickup Paonia, Colorado and surrounding areas a 30 minute drive ONLY - Email me for pickup arrangement. I will refund you shipping cost after we meet in person.
Some infused oils may come in your order solid or slightly cloudy due to winter temperatures! When you bring your oil inside of your home, the oil will become completely liquid again.
Bitters and Oxymels may appear cloudy or separated - this is normal and just requires shaking before use!

hides are hand tanned and were living animals- so they have some debris, holes or scars. Being a small scale tannery not using machines or chemicals to tan, hides come out close to the land.
shipping for hides is included in the price for the most part, so the prices reflect the shipping price which can vary from $20-$50 per skin due to their size.
